I’m such a fan of #EdwardDeBono. You must have heard of the Six Thinking Hats? As a strategist, ofcourse you would have!

This is a great technique used during group brainstorming sessions to keep the group focused. It allows everyone involved to look at the same situation from different points-of-view (six to be exact).

If you have ideas you need to judge as a team, this can be a great method. It’ll not only help you appreciate every member in the team and build group consensus, but will also bring out the blind spots! Give it a try.
